Description
Teriyaki chicken made in an air fryer for a quick and flavorful meal.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
- Sesame seeds, for garnish
- Green onions, sliced, for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a small saucepan, combine cornstarch and water, then add remaining marinade over medium heat until thickened.
- Drizzle sauce over cooked chicken.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- You can adjust the marinade for more or less sweetness.
- Serve with steamed rice or vegetables for a complete meal.
- For a crispy texture, increase cooking time by a few minutes.
