- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 green onion, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Brush teriyaki sauce over the salmon.
- Roast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- While the salmon cooks, heat olive oil in a pan.
- Add broccoli and carrots, sauté for 5 minutes.
- Serve rice in bowls, top with vegetables and salmon.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion on top.
