Instructions

- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Fold in the sweet corn.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or heavy pot.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
