Ingredients

  • 2 cups beef broth

  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add onion and garlic, and sauté until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes, kidney beans, corn, and beef broth.
  4. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve hot.
