- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 package rice paper wrappers
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 carrot, julienned
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Cook the beef mixture in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- Soak rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
- Place lettuce, beef mixture, basil, and carrot on the wrapper.
- Roll tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve with dipping sauce of your choice.
