Ingredients

- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup rice flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the steamer.
- Mix coconut milk and sugar in a bowl until dissolved.
- Beat in the eggs until well combined.
- Add rice flour and salt, mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased dish.
- Steam for 30-40 minutes until set.
- Let cool before serving.
