Ingredients

- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Cook the rice noodles according to package instructions.
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, and minced garlic.
- In a large pan, combine cooked noodles, shredded chicken, and sauce mixture over low heat.
- Add shredded carrots and mix well.
- Top with chopped green onions, peanuts, and cilantro before serving.
