- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp, cook until shrimp turns pink.
- Push shrimp to one side, add beaten eggs, scramble until cooked.
- Add mixed vegetables, stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Add rice, soy sauce, fish sauce, and lime juice. Mix well.
- Stir in green onions before serving.
