Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, green onions, bacon, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place mini phyllo cups on a baking sheet.
- Fill each cup with the cheese mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
