Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat butter and add pumpkin puree and eggs.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in walnuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- For a sweeter taste, increase the sugar.
- You can substitute walnuts with pecans.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
