Ingredients

- 1 pound green beans, trimmed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.
- Remove from the oven and add walnuts and cranberries.
- Toss to combine and serve warm.

- Feel free to add other nuts or seeds for variety.
