Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- In another bowl, combine flour and salt.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes until smooth.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide into equal portions.
- Shape each portion into a bun and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- These buns freeze well for later use.
- Brush with melted butter after baking for extra flavor.
