Delicious cheese balls perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and blue cheese.
  2. Add green onions, pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
