Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, mix well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  6. Pour filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
