Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Boil the diced potatoes until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add cheese, sour cream, milk, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to the potatoes.
- Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
