Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a saucepan, heat 1 cup of heavy cream over medium heat until it simmers.
  3. Add the chocolate chips and stir until melted and smooth.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the sugar, eggs, vanilla, and salt.
  5. Slowly mix the chocolate mixture into the egg mixture.
  6. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  8. Let it cool before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
