Ingredients

- 2 cups of green beans
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add green beans and mushrooms; cook for 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 20 minutes until beans are tender.
