Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients.
- Stir until combined, then fold in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
