Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, and salt.
  3. Add eggs and evaporated milk to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
