A delicious pumpkin pie perfect for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 1 pie crust
- 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 3 large eggs
- 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.
- Beat in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in evaporated milk until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- For a spicier pie, add more cinnamon and ginger.
