Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen cherries
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pre-made pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix cherries, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla extract, and lemon juice.
- Pour the cherry mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cherries are bubbling.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
- Can use canned cherries if fresh are not available.
