Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, and salt.
- Add eggs and evaporated milk. Mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 15 minutes at 425°F.
- Reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
- Let it cool before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh pumpkin for better flavor.
- Serve with whipped cream for added sweetness.
