  • 1/4 cup cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond milk, coconut cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix cornstarch with a little water to create a slurry.
  5. Combine the slurry with the pumpkin mixture and stir until smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a pie crust.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until set.
  8. Let cool before serving.
