Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and salt.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the evaporated milk until fully combined.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pie crust.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for an additional 40-50 minutes.
  8. Check for doneness by inserting a knife; it should come out clean.
  9. Let the pie cool before serving.
