Ingredients

- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 package of mini phyllo pastry cups
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green onions, bell pepper, and bacon.
- Fill each phyllo pastry cup with the cheese mixture.
- Place the cups on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Can substitute bacon with cooked sausage for a different flavor.
- Make ahead and freeze before baking.
- Garnish with extra green onions for color.
