Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing
- 1/4 cup butter
- 2 cups green beans
- 4 potatoes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 gallon apple cider
- 1/2 cup gravy
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and place in a roasting pan.
- Melt the butter and brush it over the turkey.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender, then mash.
- Steam green beans until bright green.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Use leftovers for sandwiches the next day.
