Homemade Thanksgiving dinner rolls that are soft and fluffy.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, sugar, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture.
- Gradually mix in flour until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8-10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and cover. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Punch down the dough and divide it into 12 equal pieces.
- Shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet.
- Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes.
- Brush with melted butter before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use milk instead of water.
- Ensure the milk is warm but not hot to activate the yeast.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
