A delicious and traditional Thanksgiving dinner recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 pounds)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 4 cups of chicken broth
- 1 cup of butter
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
- 1 tablespoon of dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing and secure the opening.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with melted butter.
- Pour chicken broth into the pan.
- Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
- Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30-60 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
- Serve with cranberry sauce.

- Adjust cooking time based on turkey size.
- Use a meat thermometer for accuracy.
- Let leftovers cool before refrigerating.
