  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 cup of cranberry sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
  3. Season the turkey inside and out with salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic powder.
  4. Stuff the turkey with stuffing and secure the opening.
  5. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush with melted butter.
  6. Pour chicken broth into the pan.
  7. Cover with foil and roast for 2.5 to 3 hours.
  8. Remove the foil and roast for an additional 30-60 minutes until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  9. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
  10. Serve with cranberry sauce.
