Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Butter – 1 cup
- Garlic – 4 cloves, minced

- Pepper – 1 teaspoon

- Sugar – 1 cup
- Grand Marnier – 1/4 cup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Rub the mixture under the skin of the turkey.
- Prepare the stuffing according to the package instructions.
- Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
- Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
- Add green beans and cook until tender.
- In a pot, combine cranberries, sugar, and Grand Marnier; cook until cranberries burst.
- Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.

- Use a meat thermometer to ensure the turkey reaches 165°F internally.
