  • Cranberries – 2 cups, fresh or frozen
  • Sugar – 1 cup
  • Grand Marnier – 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Mix butter, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Rub the mixture under the skin of the turkey.
  4. Prepare the stuffing according to the package instructions.
  5. Stuff the turkey with the stuffing mixture.
  6. Roast the turkey for about 3-4 hours, basting occasionally.
  7. In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté onion until translucent.
  8. Add green beans and cook until tender.
  9. In a pot, combine cranberries, sugar, and Grand Marnier; cook until cranberries burst.
  10. Let the turkey rest for 20 minutes before carving.
