Ingredients

- 1 packet (2 1/4 tsp) instant yeast
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp sugar
- Fresh rosemary, for topping
- Cherry tomatoes, halved, for topping
- Sea salt, for sprinkling
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 5 minutes.
- Place dough in a greased bowl. Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Transfer dough to a baking sheet. Stretch it to fit the pan.
- Top with rosemary, cherry tomatoes, and sprinkle sea salt.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before slicing.
