Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the turkey by rubbing butter, garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs all over.
  3. Stuff the turkey with stuffing mix and tie the legs together.
  4. Place the turkey in a roasting pan and pour chicken broth around it.
  5. Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. While the turkey roasts, steam the green beans until tender.
  7. Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce and green beans.
  8. Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
