Ingredients

- 1 turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
- 2 cups of stuffing mix
- 1 cup of chicken broth
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 2 sweet potatoes
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper, then place it in a roasting pan.
- Prepare the stuffing mix according to package instructions using chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey breast with the prepared stuffing.
- Peel and chop the sweet potatoes, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place sweet potatoes on a baking sheet.
- Roast the turkey and sweet potatoes in the oven for about 1.5 hours.
- Steam the green beans for about 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the turkey with cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, and green beans.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on turkey size.
- Leftovers can be used for sandwiches.
