- 1 pre-made sugar cookie dough
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries, grapes)
- 1/4 cup fruit preserves
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the sugar cookie dough onto a pizza pan and bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Let the cookie crust cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream cheese layer.
- Warm the fruit preserves and drizzle over the fruits.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
