Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Rinse quinoa under cold water.
  2. In a pot, bring vegetable broth to a boil.
  3. Add quinoa and reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. In a separate pan, sauté carrots, celery, and onions until soft.
  5. Add cooked quinoa to the vegetable mix.
  6. Season with thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  7. Stir well and serve warm.
