Creative ways to use Thanksgiving leftovers.
Ingredients
- Turkey – 2 cups, shredded
- Stuffing – 2 cups
- Cranberry sauce – 1 cup
- Mashed potatoes – 2 cups
- Cheddar cheese – 1 cup, shredded
- Green beans – 1 cup, chopped
- Butter – 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil – 1 tablespoon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.
- In a baking dish, layer mashed potatoes on the bottom.
- Add the turkey mixture on top of the mashed potatoes.
- Sprinkle green beans over the turkey mixture.
- Top with cheddar cheese.
- Melt butter and drizzle over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Feel free to add any other leftover vegetables.
- You can substitute chicken for turkey if preferred.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
