A simple and delicious way to use Thanksgiving leftovers in a sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1/2 cup turkey, shredded
- 1/4 cup stuffing
- 2 tablespoons cranberry sauce
- 1 slice of cheese
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one slice of bread.
- Add shredded turkey on top of the mayonnaise.
- Layer stuffing over the turkey.
- Spread cranberry sauce on the other slice of bread.
- Top with cheese and place the second slice of bread on top.
- Toast the sandwich in a skillet until golden brown on both sides.
Notes
- You can use any type of bread you prefer.
- Feel free to add any other leftover items like green beans or mashed potatoes.
- This sandwich can be heated in a panini press for a crispy texture.
