A simple and delicious Thanksgiving meal designed for two people.
Ingredients

- 1 small turkey breast (2–3 lbs)
- 2 cups of stuffing
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1 cup of mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup of gravy
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rub the turkey breast with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan.
- Cook the turkey for about 1.5 hours or until it reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
- Cook the green beans in boiling water for about 5 minutes.
- Make the mashed potatoes and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve the turkey sliced with stuffing, green beans, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy.
