Ingredients

- 1 whole turkey (12–14 lbs)
- 1 ham (8-10 lbs)
- 2 racks of lamb (1.5 lbs each)
- 5 lbs beef tenderloin
- 8 chicken thighs
Instructions
- Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the ham by scoring the surface and adding glaze.
- Season the turkey with salt, pepper, and herbs.
- Place the turkey in the oven and cook for 3-4 hours.
- Cook the ham for 1.5-2 hours until heated through.
- Season the lamb and roast for 25-30 minutes.
- Cook the beef tenderloin for 25-30 minutes at high heat.
- Cook chicken thighs until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the meats rest before slicing and serving.

- Use a meat thermometer to check doneness.
- Let the meats rest for at least 15 minutes before carving.
- Pair meats with traditional sides like stuffing and cranberry sauce.
