Instructions

  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add diced butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out dough and fit into pie pan.
  6. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, eggs, and cream.
  7. Pour filling into the crust.
  8. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
  9. Cool before serving.
