Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Roll out the pie crust and place it in a pie dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix pumpkin puree, heavy cream, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and spices.
  4. Pour the filling into the pie crust.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Bake for an additional 40-45 minutes, or until set.
  7. Let the pie cool before serving.
