Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  3. Add butter and mix until crumbly.
  4. Stir in ice water until dough forms.
  5. Roll out the dough and place it in a pie dish.
  6. In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, spices, and salt.
  7. Beat in eggs and milk until smooth.
  8. Pour the filling into the prepared crust.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes, then reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40-50 minutes.
  10. Cool before serving.
