Instructions
- Thaw the turkey in the refrigerator for 2-3 days.
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

- In a bowl, mix sautéed vegetables with bread crumbs, broth, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Bake for 3-4 hours, removing foil for the last hour.
- Let the turkey rest for 30 minutes before carving.
