Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.

- Place the turkey on a roasting pan and cover it with foil.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours, basting every hour.
- In the last hour, remove the foil to brown the skin.
- Meanwhile, sauté onion, carrots, and celery in a pan.
- Add the green beans and cook until tender.
- Serve the turkey with sides and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie.
