- 1 package puff pastry (2 sheets)
- 1 cup mashed potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into squares.
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, bacon, and green onions.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each square.
- Fold the pastry over to form triangles and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
