- 1 cup of diced potatoes

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Wash and trim the green beans.
- Dice the potatoes into small cubes.
- In a bowl, mix the green beans, potatoes, onions, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
