- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45 minutes.
- Let sweet potatoes cool, then peel and mash them in a bowl.
- Add butter, brown sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt to the mashed sweet potatoes.
- Mix until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for an additional 15 minutes until marshmallows are golden.

- Choose sweet potatoes that are firm and evenly shaped.
- Adjust sugar based on your preference for sweetness.
- For a crunchy topping, add chopped pecans with marshmallows.
