Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 cups bread cubes
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped

  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
  2. Prepare the stuffing by sautéing onion and celery in butter.
  3. Add bread cubes, herbs, salt, and pepper to the mixture.
  4. Moisten with chicken broth and mix well.
  5. Stuff the turkey cavity with the prepared stuffing.
