Ingredients

- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
Instructions
- Wash and dry the mixed greens.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
- Add walnuts and feta cheese on top.
- Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette over the salad.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve immediately.

- Feel free to add your favorite seasonal vegetables.
- Can substitute feta cheese with goat cheese.
