Easy Thanksgiving side dishes made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 2 cups of green beans, trimmed
- 1 cup of vegetable broth
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the vegetables by washing and chopping them as needed.
- Place the diced potatoes, onions, and green beans in the crockpot.
- Add vegetable broth, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours.
- In the last 30 minutes, add the shredded cheese and stir until melted.

- Feel free to add your favorite herbs for extra flavor.
