Easy and tasty snacks for Thanksgiving gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups of cream cheese
  • 1 cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 package of graham crackers
  • 1/2 cup of melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix pumpkin puree, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. Crush graham crackers and mix with melted butter.
  4. Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of a baking dish.
  5. Spread the pumpkin mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Serve with whipped cream on top.
  • Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
